A Kenyan citizen, I hold a Masters Degree in Business Administration. (MBA).
I am an Associate member of the Association of International Accountants (AIA) and a Fellow of the International Institute for Management Executives (UK). I am also a certified member of the Institute of Directors Kenya IOD (K), a member of the Association of Professional Societies of East Africa, Kenya Chapter and a member of the Institute for Economic Affairs Kenya.
Currently practicing Management Consultancy with M/S Euro Cap consultants Kenya Ltd as Principal Consultant, my experience include seven years of Public Service with the East African Community where i was involved in writing and establishing the present East and South African Management Institute (EASAMI) based in Arusha and now the biggest Regional Training, Research and Consultancy centre in Africa under UN sponsorship.
As a consultant I have performed several successful restructuring assignments for various organizations including the Kenya Investment and Promotion centre, evaluation assignments for others including Poverty Alleviation project in Uganda and also designed and conducted seminars including a Regional workshop on Zero Based Budgeting system and its application in developing countries just to mention a in above.
As principal consultant at European Biotechnology and Life science informa, my duties include leadership and co-ordination of a multi-displinary team of consultants working on projects in various fields.
I was establish a health education program which will help people throughout the Africa understand how to reverse injury, conquer disease and live in peace and I went back to Kenya Medical College full time to become a doctor so he could teach people how to take care of themselves.
The small scale of the farms is one major disseminating and community mobilization/sensitization to agriculture in Kenya . I have working with local farmers and leaders have taken many measures, including setting up production bases, developing large
'dragon-head' ('leading') agricultural enterprises, encouraging farmers to specialize,
The agricultural pattern in Ministry of Agriculture will probably follow that of Kenya, with good
irrigation systems, high-yielding varieties, the heavy use of fertilizers, small-scale
machinery and other technologies, which can be adapted to small-scale farming.

I am spiritual and Country director of Crossroad Bible Institute by dealing with inmates by training, TOTs and TOFs, determinated, focused and result oriented person in the fields of AIDS awareness, democratic rights, human rights, gender issues, community mobilization and sensitization at grass root level. I have developed many projects and many persons have directly benefited from the training in the programmes he initiative. I have experience in project management, environmental & Agricultural sector by dealing with small scale farmers and general health issues and most important has initiated several projects. I would like to be more informed particularly on activities management as our nominee has tremendously increased in numbers. I strongly committed person to the community grassroots level and organizing any events always have impact even fundraising, workshops, trainings and other relevant issues.
I have experience of doing voluntary services with facing many challenges like financial problems and cannot effectively fund members to attend any development programme as pertain through his field experience in the communities at grassroots level.
I believe the ideas to be shared in the people network, IAL and international will make a lot of impact in the grassroot level.His campaign is still to continue motivating and creating awareness within the communities on the need to improve their health, Education, community mobilization/sensitisation, environmental/water sanitation and Agricultural sector. His objective is to strengthen the leadership structures from village location level by offering training, planning, capacity building, gender awareness and community empowerment, community health, community mobilization/participation, implementation and collaboration and networking. The nominee received award of disease prevention /education (STD/HIV/AIDS) program in third annual pharmaceutical achievement awards MA Boston; on August 8th 2004.

Pastor Dr. Wanjala is Born and having grown up in very humble circumstances in Western Kenya, Pastor Wanjala grew up to love and serve the Lord. He accepted Jesus as his Lord and saviour at an early age and received a call to ministry not long after that. He is the founder of the Ebenezer Universal Outreach Ministry Inc. based in Webuye, Kenya
He is the Presiding Bishop and Senior Pastor of Ebenezer Universal Outreach Ministry – Umoja, which is also the seat of the bishop and the church’s headquarters. Under his leadership 173 branches of this church have been opened all across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Southern Sudan, Congo (DRC), Rwanda and Burundi. He has also founded the Ebenezer Universal Outreach Ministry and USA the Crossroad Bible Institute.
He holds a Doctorate from the Faith Christian University., He also holds a Degree in theology and a post graduate Diploma in Pastoral Theology.
He is the Director of Kenya Crossroad Bible Institute. He is widely known as a biblical preacher, teacher and theologian, long with provides the leadership for this vital church-based ministry to people in prisons and jail everywhere.(Reaching God’s people in prison). Across of Kenya and beyond people in prison hungry for the Word of God are referred to CBI by our network affiliates, chaplains or fellow inmates.
He is married to Florence Sikulu and is blessed with four children, Lydia, Ben, Silver, r and Melinda. He lives in Kitale, Kenya with his family happily serving the Lord.

We shall be happy to plan and visit our projects including an orphanage home for children in Kitale, Kenya. Welcome to share with us here in Kenya. We are a community non-profit organization and Children orphanage and Academy. We are requesting anything to help us to support these children. About the situation of the poor in Kenya We do the following; Your Donation Helps Us Provide Education, Medical Care, Food and Clothing to Orphans. We also appeal for whichever God has blessed even alittle you have to help our kids, whichever you have also to enjoy like other children. We have 212 under 16 years orphans in Kitale, Kenya. We kindly request for you whichever have to doinate we shall appreciate it will continue to save our children on the side of foodstuff and school supplies materials. We aso asking if you come across wheather second hand desktop or laptop computer, video camera and even anything can help our children on side of education donate to us. Kenya have changed education system called Competency Based Curriculum, CBC, is the country's new education system introduced in December 2017. Under this system, each learner's progress is monitored over a period of 2-6-3-3 years, evenly divided into three major levels of education: Early years education. Middle school education. But challenges facing is the situation of drought and hunger seriously No food, No water, poor health and etc would you stand with us and support our children? Try to find whichever God has blessed you and donate into the children.
- Provide basic education/training for the poor orphan children.
- Provide food, medical care, donation and drink to the children and Poor community.
- Provide clothing and create awareness of effect of HIV/AIDS
- Facilitates children staying in foster care homes awaiting building of their housing units
- Provide children with guidance and counseling.
- Providing biblical guidance and encouragement.
- Provide food & clothing to the poor widows.

- To provide social education on how to use their local resources to reduce poverty through economic empowerment sustainable projects like IGAs. Though I do the above , it is very hard due to lack of regular funds and in most cases overwhelming. Therefore, If sponsors can be available for this purpose, then income generating activities can be carried out to help sustain the lives of the poor other than waiting for donations. Finally, I have children and communities seriously continuing to die in most of the remote parts of Kenya where now several people even though our members have died due to the HIV/AIDS/hunger that have hit them. Conditions are very harsh now. In every place where our communities are there are very many HIV/AIDS victims or patients who can't afford their basic needs as well as medical attention.Especially widows are in the problems in rural areas. I am now taking this opportunity to sincerely invite you to come and minister to us in this place. “All we have now does not last us more than a month, even if we miss some meals a day, as we normally do. By the time our food runs out, my children may die of hunger.", “It is bad now and very difficult to feed the family,” Therefore,When you get close enough to talk to them, you hear their stories of how hard it is to survive right now.Malnutrition is high among children under seven.“The children are becoming sick often; they are weak, they cry a lot, and they look sad and cannot play around or even go to school.”“The situation could only worsen in the coming months now. We appear for well wishers to come in through saving the kids. We kindly request you to find us the foodstuff to feed the kids. God bless you for your compassion for the poor. Read Mathews 25: 31-46.
